Happy Sunday!
Guess what?
I’m BAAAAAAACK!!! *waltzes in King George style*
(Yes, I’ve become even more into Hamilton since you last heard from me, if you can believe it.)
Anyways. On to the wrap-up post (even though there isn’t much to wrap up. . . .)
Well. I had the best of both worlds in May.
For my Speech exam, I went on a fifteen minute rant about how all YA fantasy books are exactly the same. In my personal opinion, that was the best speech I will ever make. XD (If you guys want, I can turn it into a blog post!)
I also received redemption in a singing contest and then in a recital early this month. The one I did in March . . . well, it wasn’t my best performance ever. But I SMOKED the Problem Song in the second contest, and then I sang Hamilton and Anastasia for the recital. #noregrets
As you’re reading this, I’m also reuniting with a friend that I haven’t seen in years. I’m so EXCITED!!
And then. *nervous laughter* And then.
Exams happened. So I was really stressed, which meant I procrastinated by watching TwoSetViolin videos on YouTube, which meant I got even MORE stressed and tired. This cycle repeated for about a week. (I’m making a goal this summer to cut back on YouTube, though, so hopefully that will help me for next semester.) Honestly, I think I’m still stressed, even though exams ended a month ago.
I’m just glad that my Chemistry class is done and I’ll never have to take it again. That subject is worse than Math, if you can believe it.
Keeper of the Lost Cities. I haven’t reread any of the books recently, but THE LEGACY COVER IS OUT AND OH MY WORD IS IT BEAUTIFUL. *flails forever*
Marvel. For obvious reasons. I’ll just link to my Marvel party post. (I did rewatch Endgame, though, and I still want to see it again. *facepalm*)
TwoSetViolin. (Yes, this could totally be considered a fandom.) My best friend introduced me to them, and I proceeded to go on a bingeing spree. Seriously, they give me so much motivation to practice the piano/clarinet, and even to write. Come on, guys, we can’t become Ling Ling if we don’t practice. #LingLing40Hours
(I’m not apologizing for anything in that last paragraph.)
(But really, they do give me motivation to practice instruments. I’m looking at a fifteen-page clarinet concerto and DYING INSIDE.)
I really haven’t done much in the fandoms realm recently, which is kind of sad. I’m hoping to read more in June and July!
Writing . . . well, I really haven’t done much here, either. *winces*
Exams took up a lot of my time, and because of health stuff, my mom doesn’t want me to type much. So I tried using the microphone feature on my iPad. And let me tell you, you don’t know the meaning of the word “frustrated” until you try doing this to write stories. It misspells every other word, and it’s just irritating. 10/10 would not recommend.
I’m hoping that I’ll be able to write more in June, because RM is fast approaching and I need to whip the Inhumans into shape.
(Oh yeah, side note - I might be switching which book I pitch. XD That is typical, indecisive me right there.)
So, it appears that I’m following the tradition I set last year in May, where I post once at the beginning of the month, go on an undisclosed hiatus, and then post the monthly wrap-up. *facepalm* Yay.
I’ve linked to my Marvel post already (doesn’t mean I won’t do it again, though. ;) ), and that’s pretty much all I posted.
But I promise, there will be no more hiatuses for a while! I’ve got too many post ideas and too many tags to catch up on. (I seriously have 52 tabs open on Chrome right now that consist of all the tags I must do.)
And while I’d usually link to posts that I really love here, I forgot to mark any this month. Whoops. XD While I’m kind of still commenting, I’ve decided to cut back a little, because I follow at least 120 blogs, and there’s no way I can comment on all of those. Sorry. But I am reading them!

Anyways, sorry this post was so short! But don’t worry, more posts are coming to you every Sunday. :)
